Amy's Story
Life
Let's see... I have been with my husband, Kyle, for 19 years, and we had our 13th wedding anniversary in November. We are currently living in Colorado, and we have two successful restaurants, both Melting Pot (fondue) Restaurants, which my husband runs. I graduated from FSU in 1993 with a bachelor's degree in Interior Design, and I practiced a combination of residential and commercial interior design, ending up exclusively doing commercial design, for about 10 years. e a four year old daughter, Ravenna, born November 2004. The kids keep me running - carpools to/from school and preschool; they're all in gymnastics, Delaney plays violin; Marseille plays piano; Marseille & Delaney are in Brownies... I also always seem to have at least one construction/improvement project going on at the restaurant, which is in a historic building, so I'm dealing with subcontractors, the City, the Historic Preservation Board, etc. I work on the yearbook for the girls' school, doing photography and layout. My Dad and his wife recently moved to Colorado and have been staying with us. And I wonder why I can never seem to stay caught up on things!
