Russell's Story
Life
I was in the Navy for eight years and I lived in Hawaii. My job was exciting. I helped find terrorists and I sometimes had the opportunity to go hunt them! I have deployed all over the world providing intelligence for many different operations.
I have been married to my wife Amy for nine years. We have an 8 year old son, "little" Russ and a little girl, Cameryn, who is 4. As a family, we like to go boating, travel, go to the beach, and play games at Dave and Busters.
I'm just finished my degree in IT and graduated this past July.
I love being a dad and having a family. Coaching youth sports and having 100 kids over to play is what I consider "fun."
Other than growing up, getting a job, and having a family, I'm pretty much the same guy I was 10 years ago.
Our family just moved back to Pennsylvania this summer. We live in West Deer - just a short ride north of Pittsburgh. Since we have been back, we have enjoyed Steelers games, nice cool weather, and more family than we have been around for many years.

School
I didn't have may very close friends in high school but most of you remember Lee Ann. We dated for most of my freshman year in college and then broke up. Later she dated my wonderful friend Bick. I never heard from either of them again. For all I know they may be together!
College
I went to Robert Morris College as a freshman then quit to start a painting business. I just finishing up a bachelor degree in information technology. I've worked on it when I had free time over the last five years.
Military
I was Petty Officer First Class in the Navy. I deployed on board a mini aircraft carrier - the USS Wasp and I have also had the opportunity to deploy with SEAL units in Asia. 911 had a profound impact on my life and the main reason I stayed in the military was to provide payback to the terrorists for that day. My military contract expired in August and I am now a civilian.
