Amy's Story

School After 10 years of marriage, we divorced, I went into rehab and got sober. I was at my bottom, on welfare and raising my daughter alone, when I enrolled in a technical college and received my associate's degree in accounting. Next, still sober, we moved to ...Expand for more
New Hampshire where I completed my bachelor's degree. After working for a few years, I began law school in Massachusetts, commuting 90 miles each way -- 4 days a week. Lo and behold, I graduated and have passed the bar exam on the first try. I am also still sober. :)
