Amy's Story
In 10 years, I hope to be in a relationship. I'm going to get there by opening up to the possibility
My oldest friend is Pam Gaylor, we met in high school (NCHS) then found out we both shared a love in & for horses. I moved my horses to hidden pines stables in riverdale and the rest is history.
My first job was at Arby's on Old National Hwy, where I got paid 2.50 per hr. to cook, slice and serve roast beef. What I remember most about it is working with my friend DeeDee Moyen.
I share my home with my cat puss-puss, which I find very soothing and rewarding.
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Grill Matthews, because I would love to apologize for my behavior(not that he has ever given me a second thought and that my regrets would matter to him, in the least). However, I still carry the guilt and shame of my behavior towards him, the mistake(s( I made are not the person
I am a mother of one, he showed me how to live...and taught me how to die with dignity.
.
If I won $100 million, I'd give 25 million of it to my folks 2 million to my sis (set up a savings account for my neices, nephews and all their young-uns) then spend some on a smaller, nicely appointed home. I would donate one million to the Hodgkins Lymphoma and Multiple Sclorosis research foundations (I fought Leukemia for 4 years a...Expand for more
nd my son passed from Hodgkins Lymphoma) Invest in Gold then put the rest in the bank.
My current age is 50.. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be party poopers. I was so completely right.
My best friend would tell you I'm wickedly amusing, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as methodically quiet.. most people say I am kind and thoughtful and will help anyone.
when not in uniform, I still love my "bell bottom levis" a pair of classic styled kix and a comfortable, feminine cotton shirt
I keep two trophies out so that my little neice can see that I was a real "fireman" (the trophy is from a team win at a contest that pitted different fire brigades in the U.S against one another to name the best and fastest) and the other is my "most valuable swimmer 1980" at NCHS. My little neice wants to become a firefighter/pediatrician, is on her swim team and often likes to swim laps with me! As far
as sharing a win...well, the only reason I won the teams most valuable swimmer that year was because our coach, Mr. Paul Carmichael (our algebra teacher at NCHS) got seriously angry at the whole team one night at practice and yelled at us to" quit pissing around and get swimming" so. I took it to heart, began swimming and would not stop. I was known for swimming the 800...backstroke.
