hello . im still here in the area. I went to college after high school ,got my degree in psychology and came back to the real world. i got my hand in south florida real estate and what a hand the economy has dealt me......lol. i had a really severe (1999) accident on a motorcycle and i walked away ,but w/ an injured arm . i am a flooring contractor and installer but again this south florida market..........damn it man........i had to get a real job as a flooring specialist for one of the big box retailers.

and i have two kids ,a boy and a girl (9th and 10th graders). presently im single and just trying to be happy,regardless to the fact that this economy has a choke hold on me like me on the wrestling mat back in 86......lol
I always wanted to be a success in sports when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a good idea. As it turns out, they were partly right.(it did pay for part of my school
If I could improve my home, I'd remodel my floors and middle bath and add on a bedroom. My dream home would be affordable in so. florida.
