Life How funny is this & we thought we only had O'Keeifs! Well let's see...after high school I ran off to Ole Miss. Somehow or another I ended up back here & began working for a local software company. I have kept in the IT industry & in April 2005 I left Corporate world & begun my own Consulting Company. It's been great, better hours, better pay & I work from home in my jami's (NO MORE AIRPLANES AND HOTELS...YEAH!!!!). I am not sure if I will stay in the industry, lately I have felt like there is something else out there I am supposed to be doing. My last project was with Eckerd Youth Alternatives & it was an amazing 18 mo experiance to work with such an awesome organization. I am still searching but it will most likely be teaching of some sort and/or pet rescue (I just want to take them all home is my issue...lol). Anyways, point is I have time to spend with my family & friends which I missed out alot on. I am a mom of three: Pesto, 18 mo, Pit Bull rescued from Katrina. Pesto is just the sweetest baby in the entire world! Loves hugs and kisses and you can usually find him cuddled up somewhere. Ever see that TV show called "Dinosuars" many years ago...remember the baby dinosaur & what he used to say all the time..."I'm the baby!"...That's Pesto...lol. I felt like our family was complete when we brought him home :> Angie, 4 yrs in March, is the most beautiful German Shepard I have seen with the personality to match! She was born in Germany but I swear she speaks English! She is so smart it's insane sometimes. We call her my shadow because she's always right at my feet, following me everywhere I go. I love her to peices. Last but not least is my princess, Diamond, 7 yrs old, Pit Bull/Boxer Mix. I rescued her from an abusive home 5 years ago. We had a rough first year, which was understandable considering the environment I saved her from, but then Angie came into our lives and everything changed. They became inseperatable.
