Andrew's Story
I grew up in Detroit at 11300 Lakepointe between Morang and Whittier. Attended Arthur Elementary, Wayne Middle School, and then graduated from Denby in 1964. Went on to MSU for a degree in Business Administration. Following school I married Alice Wrigley who I met at MSU. Have 3 children, 2 son-in-laws, and 2 grandsons. Not counting their dogs who they think should pass as granddogs. Have not retired and wonder if I ever will. The money is good and I like what I do. One of my favorite quotes is:"Before 65 I liked to say "Why retire if you can't afford the toys?
Then I turned 65 and concluded that every new day is a gift.
Now my quote has changed to "Why have the toys if your friends don't live long enough to enjoy them with you?"".
I also like :"A little too wise a little too late.".
Alice's favorite saying to me is "If you are going to tell me a joke make sure you tell me beforehand!"
