Ok, Born And raised in Paramount, i Atteneded Mokler Elementry,Alondra Intermediate,Paramount High School.
I Moved from Paramount In 1987 After Graduation to attend College in Fresno Ca. I Majored In Agricultural Science.
Going forward i have held Management Positions with logistics firms in California and New York, up Until November of 2001, it was then that decided to attend Culinary School Of Arts.

rted my career as a Professional Chef, for fine dining. at this same time i was hired as an F&B event coordinator for Major League Baseball,and i have been at Yankees Stadium, Dodgers Stadium, And Spring training Facilities, and now at Petco Park In San Diego.
Since 2008 i am fully involved as a Executive Chef For NFl/MLB as well as various restaurants.
Joined AutoNation in 2011 as a Manager. Automotive Industry.
