Andrew's Story
Hi,
My name is Andrew Johnson. I attended Trenton High from 1957 to 1960. I was probably a quiet, unassuming litle guy. I remember having a good time and I see the faces of quite a few people in my mind, but I don't remember their names. I lost my year book while in the Air Force. I do remember my physics teacher, Mr. Diamond, who was a tremendous inspiration to me and to whom the 1960 year book was dedicated. I also remember a Mr. Beasley who was either my Biology or my chemistry teacher. I remember the intense sports rivalry with Trenton Catholic in basketball. I remember Al Downing and watching him play basketball against Trenton Catholic, but especially watching him as a pitcher with the baseball team. rl Palumbo, and my Geometry teacher, Mr. Erhlinger, I believe, who was also the track coach. Until I joined Classmates, I had lost contact with everyone from Trenton High. I located my best friend from Trenton High, Burton Mack, who is also a 1960 graduate sometime last year after nearly 40 years. I also attended Junior One from 1954 to 1955 when my family lived off Pennington Ave and later, Junior Three after moving to Oakland St near Parkside Ave. I'll update this profile as I continue to remember things and I'll post a couple of photos, one current and one as close to my high school age as possible. My sister still lives in Trenton and with her permission I'll include her address and telephone number later. For now that's all. Now, let's see if there is anyone who thinks they remember me.
