Work Biography eh? Wow, go from the graphics (printing) industry in '79 to finance department in government HMO in '97. Talk about a change! Enjoy what I do (save taxpayers $) and plan to retire in 2021 (if I'm still alive). I'm responsible for 20 million in procurement annually (oh boy). Other work: dig this, I serve on the local water board (no water in the desert); treasurer for the Inland Football Officials Assn, Assigner for Victor Valley/Barstow Baseball Umpires Assn, so between all these time requirements and my full time job I'm a busy camper (retirement still planned for 2021...go stock market!).
