Andrew (Andy) Bolt I retired with the rank of Command Sergeant Major in October 2014 after 30 years of US Government service, twenty-four of those years on Active Duty working in the field of Counter Narcotics and Narco-Terrorism. During my career, I worked closely with federal, state and local law enforcement agencies as well as with numerous foreign law enforcement entities, including INTERPOL, the Colombian Federal Narcotics Police, the Israeli Security Services, the Afghan Security Forces, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and Scotland Yard. After the attacks on September 11, 2001, I deployed multiple times for both CONUS and OCONUS Missions in support of the Global War On Terrorism.
