Aneena's Story
After high school I earned degrees in education from Indiana State and Ball State. I retired from teaching in 2006 after 32 years teaching various categories of special education as well as 1st, 2nd, and 6th grades. They couldn't keep me away from the school, though, and after substitute teaching for one year (not so fun or relaxing!) I started working as the special education records para for the middle school where I last taught. It's a great job! I set my own hours,...Expand for more
so I don't have to get up before dawn unless I choose to.
I've been married for 34 years (our 35th anniversary is in August.) We have two children and one grandchild. Some day when I'm well-organized I plan to post a few pictures. Expect them around 2012.
I still keep in touch with Kay Adwell and Diane Shockley. Once in a while I correspond with Ann Shepherd, too.
I hope there is a good turnout for the reunion. There are so many people I would like to see again!
