Anel's Story
I hope my friends remember me as I was, walking around the hallway singing out loud. Running late to class, writing endlessly in my notebooks, taking pictures.
Why? Because my life hasn't changed much. I still write endlessly only instead of in notebooks I journal everything on my p.c. I still love singing out loud, I was blessed and lucky enough to marry someone doesn't mind the sound of my voice, I'm the 1st to admit I am off key a lot. I still love taking pictures, I just decided not to make that my profession.
After High School, I traveled to Mexico, California, Michigan, New York, D.C. and then California again and again. I love it there! So much that I decided to go to school there. The Academy of Arts in San Francisco to be exact. In the weeks before I was due to start school I met someone who changed my life for ever and I married him!

sco I enrolled at Columbia College Chicago and majored in photography with a minor in writing. After 2years of being married we were blessed with our little girl. At that time I decided that taking pictures would not be the right career for me.
I decided to switch my major to accounting. Ten years and 2 children later I am still working on my degree in accounting. A lot has happened in between, like we are now living in Dallas moving here from San Diego where we lived for 2 years. We hope to set some roots down here in Texas.
I miss San Diego terribly but am very happy here since we are closer to family. Why the moves? My husband works for Bentley Automotive, and in order to take advantage of their tuition reimbursements we committed to working for 2 years at their San Diego location. After our 2 year commitment we had the option of going any where in the world and we chose Dallas. :)
