Let's see.. I've been with my husband for almost 17 years (married for 13), have chosen not to have any children (except furry ones) and 7 years ago we bought my childhood home from my parents. It feels somewhat odd to be back in Snohomish, but after moving 10 times in as many years, it's also nice to put down roots. I've had a variety of jobs, most current working as a receptionist at a funeral home in Seattle and at Planned Parenthood in Everett. They both suit me well... In a nutshell, I'm living my life. ve what many would see as an "alternative" lifestyle and I'm quite happy with it. My favorite activites are gardening, reading (imagine that!), writing to pen-pals, travelling, having tea with people I connect with and musing about the monkeys who share this world with me.
I think life is too short for regrets. And that too many people wish their lives away. I know I'm not the same person I was when I left highschool and I think this is A Good Thing (tm). I hope that in the end, I'll look back and see that I've made the world a better place, at least in some small way.
