Angela's Story
Wow! Can we believe it's been almost 20 years since we've been out of high school?! I went to sleep and woke up and damn if I wasn't 37!
Since high school my parents moved me to Logan which I hated at the time, but wouldn't live anywhere else now! I got married in 1994 and then got divorced....thank God! In 2000 I moved to Sacramento, California and spent 6 years. I went to American River College and became a Social Worker in a nursing facility before taking a job as an Acute Care Admissions Manager for the Eskaton Corporation. I lost my dad in December of 2000 and have missed him everyday since he's been gone. My mother has battled bre...Expand for more
ast cancer for the past 9 years and is doing relatively well. She is in remission but having some kidney trouble, all in all doing well though. I moved back to Ohio in November of 2005 when she had a set back. I met my fiance the very next night after moving home and am currently planning our December 13, 2008 wedding at the Honeysuckle Hills Ranch in Tennessee. (I waited a very long 12 years before deciding to do this again!) No children yet....but working on it! :) I had to give up being a social worker. It was waaaaay to emotional for me. The stress was too much. I am now an optician and office manager for an Optometry practice.
