Angela's Story
Life
After Kempsville, I attended Belmont University in Nashville Tennesee. I met my husband, Brent Hays, there
and we married in 1992. In 1993, I graduated with honors with a degree in broadcasting, journalism and
music business. After graduation, I returned to Virginia Beach so my husband could attend law school at
Regent University. He graduated there in 1997 and we returned to the Nashville area. Brent is an attorney with a private law firm helping Pre-Paid Legal clients.
After several years in the broadcasting, graphic design and software development fields, I decided to take control of my life by owning my own business. Since I love cooking so much, I decided to explore a career as an independent consultant with The Pampered Chef. I love to help make cooking fun for my clients. I'm now a Senior Sa...Expand for more
les Director with a total sales team of more than 50 consultants. Through my business, I have been able to travel to Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, Key West, Mexico and London.
In November 2001, I gave birth to twin boys and we're having a blast with them. I can't imagine only
having ONE child now. I love motherhood more than I thought was possible. I can't believe that I'm a soccer mom!
Brent & I attend St. Elizabeth Orthodox Church in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, where we both sing in the choir. Although I was raised in a Presbyterian church and Brent was raised a Baptist, we decided to explore ancient traditional Christianity in 1996 and became Orthodox in 1997. This change has given me a much deeper appreciation for my faith and love of Jesus.
