Angela's Story
Well, after working for Baker College for 8 years I decided it was time to move on. I had a Bachelor Degree in Business and decided to work in the Counseling Office at L'Anse Creuse High School. It is there that I decided to be a teacher because I loved working with the High School kids...keep in mind I was in my late twenties then. So, I started full time on my Master of Arts in Teaching degree at Wayne State University. I was married at 22 to my wonderful husband, Ken. The picture in my profile is of Ken and I last December 08 in the FL Keys. We will be married 15 years this Fall 09. We have two sons, Kyle and Jake. They are 10 and 12 this year (2009). We are a busy group.
I don't hunt but shoot on an archery league with another woman teacher from East Detroit schools. It's fun and I'm actually quite accurate. We have a fishing boat and go out on Lake St. Clair a lot in the summer. We also like to camp and ride 4 wheelers. So, I guess you could say I'm a bit of an outdoors person.
