Here's an update...I am now a Case Worker for a counseling agency doing drug assessments for NC Courts and Department of Community Corrections. My children are now 16 and 22. I am still married. I did hospice social work for years until I started my current job that started in 2013. I'm still blessed and enjoying life. I have recently been involved with the whole genealogy and dna activities and have connected with some cousins through dna match. Some of us could be related! family moved, so I left ECSU and moved with them. I worked various jobs for a while and took classes at COA-Dare Campus. I met my husband and dated him for 10 years and had two boys with him. We finally married in 2000. I went back to ECSU years later and received a BSW, Bachelor in Social Work. My husband is a UPS driver and I do contract Case Management for the MS Society. Right now, I don't have any clients. I'm able to spend more time with the family for now. That can change at a moments notice. My boys are 14 and 8. I have to thank GOD that I am healthy, have a home and a wonderful family. When trying times do come along, I just look to GOD for help and guidance and I keep on going!!
