Life
Well, I am still married to Mike Schack, about to celebrate our 20th anniversary May 23, 2007. Our son Thomas is 19 yrs old, daughter Adina is almost 17.
Our lives were starting to pick up when hubby got sick. He has chronic lyme disease, lost his job, our first house and hit rock bottom. He lost his hearing and voice so we have had to learn sign language, he has seizures, heart problems, and ...Expand for more
many more problems associated with it.
We had to adjust, but we picked up the pieces and got back on our feet. It made us stronger in the long run. We learned that you can not take life for granted because you never know what lies around the next bend in life.
I am not that skinny shy girl that I was in high school. Now 170 pounds and know when to keep my mouth shut and when to voice my opinion.
