Anita's Story
I live in Yorktown, Virginia. I have 3 children Kamilah 29 Kaliyma 25 and Khayr 23. I am separated from my high school sweetheart Charles Rooks (Chuck)after 25 years of marriage who also graduated from Gratz in 1976. We were both in the Motivation Program. I have a degree in Public Administation/Human Services. I almost forgot the most intresting thing about me....I have 5 beautiful grandchildren (1 is deceased) but she was with us for 53 days, therefore I must always include her. would love to connect with some of my classmates. It would be wonderful for our class to consider having a class reunion. I attended the 30th class reunion of the class of 1976 and it was really nice. We should make it happen! I'm looking forward to whatever the other side of 50 has for me as well as a new, exciting and rewarding relationship with another christian. God knew exactly why he said we should not be unevenly yoked in marriage. Amen! Our heavenly father knows the plans he has for our lives. I'm happy and living my life for God and that's all the matters to me!
