Ann Marie's Story

Life Like many of us graduates, I went on to college. I attended ISU for a year and then decided it wasn't for me. I worked for 3 years at American Potato then got married to a Navy man from Michigan. We just celebrated our 25th. anniversary in July, and it has been a crazy 25 years. The navy took us to Chicago, Newport News, Charleston and San Diego. After my husband got out of the navy we relocated to Roanoke Rapids, NC. It is a small town about the size of Blackfoot and very close to Raleigh and Richmond. I have 2 children, Stephanie (24) and Steven (23). Stephanie has a degree in accounting and Steven is busy working on his Political Science degree and working at Staples. I have been very active with bowling. I am currently president of the local bowling association and belong to 2 leagues . My husband calls bowling my job. A cou...Expand for more
ple of years ago we decided to get a dog and now are parents to two Jack Russell Terriers. They really keep me hopping. I don't get back to Blackfoot much. The few times I have visited have surprised me, the place has changed. I'm always on the lookout to add to my collections of blown glass and crystal as well as adding to my DVD collection. I currently have over 500 titles and my son gives me a hard time about them, but hey, I like movies. ha ha. I'm also an avid photographer. My husband and I recently put together a web site. Check it out sometime, visionsindigital.net. This past October our daughter got married. She married a really nice guy she has been dating for 7 years. I hope all my fellow classmates have had a wonderful life like mine. I'm always looking forward to hearing from old friends. Drop me a message sometime.
