Ann's Story
Over the years i have experienced some wonderful times. One of them was my career in ATT/ lucent. I retired from Lucent Dec. 1996 and then went on to be a interior decorator for the next 15 years. My husband (Ray) and I lived in New Jersey and now St. Augustine, Florida by the beach since 1997. time goes by too quickly!!!!! we have 4 terrific children. Two boys and 2 girls and so far 7 grandkids. My daughter, Collette has not found the perfect man as of yet but plans on having a baby as a single mother!!!! I travel to New York and New Jersey frequently to visit family and friends. New York is still the best city in the world. I will eventually live 6 months New York andf 6 months Florida. My husband has serious health issues and does not want to go up north ever again - loves the heat. We have traveled to many places in the world and i will always remember how beautiful they are and the experiences. time to visit old friends from work,school or where ever i met them. i know i will regret it if I don't do it now. One day you are 60 and the next day you are 65. where does the time go? I am very fortunate and proud to have attended ST. Catherine academy. Even though I had some tough times (home ) during my last 2 years I did my best, and made so many good friends. Sister Joel was a wonderful support person for me during those years. I also did mind, body seminars in New Jersy for about 10 years, so rewarding and worked with co-dependent groups as well. My husband became a certified drug and alcohol counselor after his ATT retirement. If anything no one can say we were LAZY. I loved to work. Strangely enough my 2 children are the same as was my mother.
I missed the 1960 celebration and was looking forward to visit with all you beautiful women but life intervened and i had to change plans. i was even in New York!! last of all I wish all of you Peace, Love, and Prosperity. class of
