Ann's Story
Looking forward to the 50th reunion. I'll be there. My story - well.... I stayed in the Chicago area until 1971. Worked downtown at Sarra Studios as a production coordinator and moved into the city probably in 1967. When I left NIU after a year and a half, I promised my folks I'd live at home til I was 21. My best friend from 5th grade on - Judy Whipple was on the east coast about that time - when I threatened to move to New York my mom gave her ok for me to move downtown Chicago. ved to Southern California and lived there til 1991 when family needed my assistance locally. Worked in film industry and advertising/PR in California. Married in 2001 after returning to Illinois to take care of my mom and aunt. Always interested in metaphysics I completed my Religious Science ministrial training in 1995 and began my ministry 1998. My husband, Norm is an electrical engineer and an inventor with 6 patents. He had a bad bicycle accident in 2009 and has a traumatic brain injury. We currently live in Lake in the HIlls.
