Anna Cox Gerlofs:  

I am a single Mother of 2 (son Richard with wife Amy and daughter Melinda with husband Jimmy), and Grandmother of 3 awesome Grandsons, Justin, Bryce, and Jimmy. I have 2 dogs, 2 horses, (steers are in the freezer), 8 chickens and a turtle which my grandsons said I could not live without. I reside in Buckeye, AZ, actually Rainbow Valley, and attend Colorado Tech U online (career change) received my Associates in Science (Medical Coding and Billing) and am now working on a bachelors in Medical administration. Have my Bachelors of Science in computers, Associates in Business Admin and Certificate in Accounting. Also have Certificates in Herbology, Iridology and Holistic Med. (No wonder my children refer to me a a flower child) I have worked since getting out of HS mostly in Commercial and Residential Construction Accounting, Safety Officer, Project coordinating and Asst Superintendent work. I am now a caregiver for geriatrics and children of special needs and run and operate Cox Mending and Designs as well as cgoutdoors47.com. I have lived and traveled from one coast to the other. Only corner I have not been in is the Alaskan. (Too darn cold)oh and Hawaii. I still train my horses, hunt, fish, camp, 4x4 and target practice (archery and rifle). I sew, craft, computer game, and work on my own modes of transportation, which I have accumulated 2 or 3 of(trucks,quad, tractor, bike, kayaks.....). I have been on the mend from an automobile accident(Sept 2006)which left me pretty much disabled for 2.5 years with a bruised left brain and damage to optic nerve causing vision problems.
