Anna's Story

Anna's schools include Riverside - Brookfield High School. Anna later attended Roosevelt University (Communication) . Anna works(ed) at District 103 In Lyons, Il. Music Anna likes includes Change Your Ways, Paul Rodgers, Bad Company. Books Anna likes include How to Win Friends and Influence People, Bounce Back, Reading Is Great. Movies Anna likes include Pink Panther, "Of Age", Love. TV shows Anna likes include You're not the boss of me now, and you're not so big., Coming Of Age. One of Anna's favorite quotes is:"If you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all... Don't be too preachy. Not good to always worry or anticipate bad things happening. Don't sweat the small stuff... The key to life, it seems, lies less in what life deals you than in your attitude towards life. Inspire...not suppress. Some things work, some things don't. Remember, there are boundaries. Do your best. Raise spirits, don't break them...Be supportive. Correcting others, for minor things, too often, can get on their nerves. Don't be too nit-picky about minor things. Don't give up. Not good to be too extreme. All in moderation... See things in a better light. Good to understand and accept that others may have different points of view than your own - diversity. It's all about how we perceive things - perception... Don't cross the line. Be a role model. Children make life worth it all. Admire people who don't let much bother them. Encourage... No one is perfect. Don't be afraid to be yourself. Try not to let someone/others get to you. Important to be a good listener... Don't bring someone down. Don't put people down. Complaining too much is a waste of time and energy. Arguing too much is a waste of time and energy. Try not to let/make negative people get you down. We all have choices and options. Stay on task. Get over serious hump. Lighten up. Don't tell me how to do my job - stay in your lane... Life is precious - let's enjoy it while we are here. We forget to appreciate people until they aren't around anymore... Appreciate life... Be grateful for the things you have. Patience is a virtue. Too blessed to be stressed. See the cup half full rather than half empty. Exercise and watch what you eat/watch portion sizes...All in moderation. Life is a blessing. Being informative with pertinent/ helpful information and ideas is useful, but communicating mostly for the purpose of being critical is not. Chill out. Savor the moment. Relax. Complaining most of the time is a waste of time and energy. Save time and energy for important things to do/talk about. Some things are not worth repeating, especially if they aren't really that important. A gentle/special spirit is preferred over a critical/over-opinionated personality. Let it go and move on. Put things in perspective and see the big picture. Sometimes, silence is golden and showing restraint is key. Before finding fault in others, we should look at ourselves first. No one is perfect. Parents give us the greatest gift - life itself! Having children/a family is enough. It's good not to judge people too quickly. I'ts not beneficial or rewarding routinely being critical of others. Having an advanced degree doesn't always guarantee/buy you success or happiness or prosperity. A good attitude is key. Hold your chin up. Smile and the world smiles with y...Expand for more
ou. Laughing is good medicine. Open-minded people are inspiring. Realize and accept that others may have different points of view from your own. It is not wise to be too pushy or bossy towards others...can't always control things. Be thankful and happy for each new day given you. Trying to have a positive attitude is essential. Try to be understanding. It isn't beneficial to dwell too much on the past - especially on negative things. "Let bygones be bygones." "Whatever will be, will be." Move forward/soldier on. Persevere. Better to concentrate on the positives rather than the negatives in life. Don't hold grudges - especially non-significant ones. Not wise to be too nit-picky. Putting others down too quickly isn't the best route to take. Be grateful and happy with what you have/been given. Be thankful to God. Believe in Jesus! Be comfortable in your own skin. Surround self with comforting, sincere and truly caring people. Believe! Do! Best not to surround self too often with negative/negative-thinking people or those that are quick to put you (or others) or your actions down. Try to have patience. Play... Non-confrontational, complimentary, peaceful, calming and non-complaining people are a joy to be around. Inspiring...".
