Anna's Story
I have had so many blessings in my life since graduation, but nothing that compares to my family. I am a stay at mom of three amazing children! My oldest son is 16yrs old. He is everything a mother wants her son to be and more. He gets good grades, works part time, volunteers, sings in the church choir, and is a wonderful big brother. My youngest son is 12yrs old. He is the strongest kid I know. He had a rough start to life. He quit breathing twice as an infant and had to wear a monitor until he was over a year old. He was always in and out of the hospital with his allergies, asthma, and bone deficiency, but he never let that stop him. He was diagnosed with a very rare heart condition 2yrs ago. ch was very hard on him. He is only allowed 2 hrs of cardio a day now, which is a better than the half hour a day they originally allowed a year ago. He was also recently released to play baseball and golf. Even though he can't play football, he stayed part of the team as a student coach. He doesn't let anything stop him! And then there is my baby girl, she is 5yrs old now. We adopted her in March of last year, but we have had her since birth. She has brought so much joy to our lives! It still amazes me how one little girl could change the dynamics of our house so much. She has brought out the softer side of my boys and husband, it truly is a beautiful thing to see. My husband and I started our family young and have struggled along the way, but it was all worth it.
