Annabelle's Story

Life As many of you might suspect, I studied poetry writing, not only as an undergrad, but I got an MFA in it from Syracuse University in 1993. That is the same year I married David Clippinger who went on to become an English Professor, and two years later we had a son, Philip. dy's heroine!) was born. Philip is in graduate school for Musicology and Tess studies the cello and is now studying French in college. I have had two books of poetry published, and I am the Director of an amazing program at the University of Pittsburgh called PITT ARTS. Our family lives in Pittsburgh. David and I have been married for 27 years.
