Annamarie's Story

Life I have been living in Chaparral NM since 1993. Both of my sons moved here in 1994. Dennis and Jeanine live in Las Cruces NM with my beautiful granddaughters: Rebecca and Amanda. Joseph and Melissa live in El Paso Texas and his sons who live with me, Joey 14 and Steven 12. My youngest granddaughter lives in Las Cruces at age 2, she is a real beauty! I retired from nursing in 1999 when my grandsons came to live with me . Funny how things come around in our lives. At school I was a triple business major and here I am working in the same field with my Bookkeeping business which I started in 2004. Many of you knew my husband, Lenny.He went home with the Lord in November of 2005 . He finally retired from his job and Peggy, better known as my Wife-in-law moved down in June of 05 to live with our youngest son, Dennis. It was a wonderful 6 months where lenny got to know his grandchildren, make amends and spend time with his sons. My life is peaceful and content now as I am Walking in Gods light, raising my very active and good looking grandsons who keep me young and active. We live on 5 acres, have 4 dogs and many cats...but we don't have mice! My grandsons are in Scouts,...Expand for more
both currently Second Class Scouts. Joey plays the clairnet in the school band he also plays basketball.. 6'3 at 14!!!! Both love Baseball and I have the next olympic soccor player...Steven! He is magic on the field! We are hardly at home anymore...always on the road going somewhere! Both are A-B students and never in trouble...yet! They are a joy to have and I thank the Lord for giving me this oppurtunity. I am the same...pleasently plump..have the streaked hair style that I wanted back in the 60's only its natural now. Still singing, doing my arts and crafts and cooking for my grandsons who just plain graze....all day long! Update: Joey is 17 and 6'4 size 14 shoe.plays basketball for the hs..boy is he big and Steven is 15 and 5'11. Both boys are still active with boy scouts, sports and now GIRLS! My animal update now includes three guinea pigs(belong to my granddaughters) and two rats ( belong to my grandson) great little critters. Business and raising my grandsons leaves little time for myself but it keeps me young! Annamarie
