Hey there people ...
As I get older, my younger years (school years) seem not only surreal but almost sacred. What a fabulous era we grew up in! Most of you are frozen in time in my memories. Maybe it's best left un-thawed! Just kiddin!! ;->

S, various colleges, and all live locally, which makes me really happy.
After being a "stay at home" mom for many years, doing the PTA/volunteer thing, I attended Cal State to become a Health & Fitness Instructor. I've always had a passion for working out, although it's now evolved to a very moderate level. I currently operate a Pilates/Personal Training Studio out of my home. Alll is well. Life is good.
