Anne Gant:  

Lived in Albuquerque New Mexico since 1973. Have one son, JP Gant III, and a new daughter-in law, Danielle. They are actively pursuing careers as a Fire Fighter and a Baker, respectively. Studied Psychology and Art at the College of Santa Fe in the 80's. Studied Esthetics at the Aveda Instute in the 90's. Have been in Education, first at APS for 5 yrs then at a small Charter School in Old Town for the last 5 years with K/1's and 2/3's. Retirement is just around the corner! Have had a private Esthetics practice since '99. Have practiced meditation and energy work as a Reiki II and Theraputic Touch practitioner since the mid-90's. Have written a children's book that I hope to have published soon. Had not traveled much till last year when I visited Hawaii twice and fell in love with it's beauty. My next challenge is to figure out how to live in the High Desert for part of the year and Kauai the rest of the year.
