Anne's Story
I have been married to my terrific husband for the past 46 years. We have owned homes in Pennsylvania, California, and Texas. While living in California (while in the Air Force) we were blessed with our first born son. For those who remember Roy Rogers and Dale Evans - we visited with them in their home in Apple Valley, Ca. The house was all high tech and really neat way back then (over 40 yrs ago).
Moved to Texas over thirty years ago. Our other two sons were born in Texas. So, yes, we had "MY THREE SONS". I worked for the school system here 29 years. Am retired now and love it. Thought I would miss it more as I worked with eleme...Expand for more
ntary aged students and really enjoyed my position and the students. However, I love being able to do what I want now, when I want to do it and if I want to do it. Don't know now how I ever had time to work. Only time I miss work is when I see the kids in the store and they ask me to please come back. I've taught some of my student's children. Stay busy all the time. My husband and I do everything together and really enjoy each others company.
I've always been and still am a big ELVIS fan. Been to Graceland 4 times and saw ELVIS in Concert three times. Spent Elvis' last New Year's Eve with him in Pittsburgh. Loved every minute of it.
