Anne's Story
After graduating I attended Manchester College for 2 years before I transferred to IU where I earned a BS in Elementary Education. I married Jeff Miller in 1994. Our first child Kaleigh, was born in Feb. 1999 and died in March 1999 due to complications of a congenital diaphragmatic hernia. She spent her whole life at Riley Children's Hospital. ave been home with my children ever since. ( I taught for a total of 10 years with the South Bend Schools, grades:7, 1, 2, & 3.) #4 (Elianna) was born in May of 2004 and because of those complications...we were told not to have baby #5. However I don't listen well and Caden was born in June of 2009. We live in Granger and Jeff is the CFO of a company he and 2 guys started called Reach 360.
I still run into former teachers occasionally...my favorite of course being Dan Kasper!!! (We lived 4 houses down from him for 7 years.)
I am sorry we are going to miss the reunion. I hope it all goes well!
