Anne's Story
Life:
I have lived in Northern California (Silicon Valley) since graduating from MIT in 1979. I've been married to someone I met at MIT since 1982 and we have one daughter. My husband is an Electrical Engineer. He grew up on a farm in Michigan. I developed and managed the development of computer software (mainframe to PC to Web) for years after I graduate...Expand for more
d. I worked on microcomputer software in the early 80s when I developed a spreadsheet. I am now happily retired.
My daughter also graduated from MIT and now has a PhD from Cornell in Chemical Biomolecular Engineering. She is currently working at a Synthetic Biology startup in the Bay Area. She is married to a fellow PhD in Physics whom she met at Cornell.
