Anne's Story
The current photo was taken in November 2013 during a vacation in Ireland. My husband was of Irish descent so it seemed fitting to celebrate what would have been his 75th year there. In 2008 we lost him to cancer. We met in San Diego where I have lived for too many years to count. My three children and grandchildren are here also.

rom UC San Diego in 2002, where I finally obtained my degree two years later. Like many others, maintaining my home, organic fruit trees, church activities, friends and creative writing keep me out of trouble. I travel often but stay home long enough to care for my cat, walk in the Pacific surf and bake cookies for my out-of-state grandson.
