I graduated from SUNY Buffalo in 1984 with a BFA in painting, was an artist and odd-job doer there until 1989 (Buffalo is my adopted home town) when I went to grad school at the Maryland Institute College of Art for two years, then did some curatorial work at an art gallery in Buffalo while teaching part time at local colleges and continuing to create art. ...Expand for more
I married in 1994, moved to NYC and worked at another gallery but stopped painting. We moved to Gunnison, CO where I had my daughter in 2001. My husband decided to return to school to study law in 2004, and we returned to Buffalo for a year and then Cornell for the remaining two. We are in Harrisburg for a two year Federal District Court clerkship which ends this summer, then we are off to Phoenix for a one year Federal Appellate Court clerkship. My main desire now is to stop moving!
