Ann's Story
I was a totally disoriented kid at MHR. I was severely myopic and only got my first pair of eyeglasses in the 5th grade. So, I had a lot of catching up to do! I later found out that I was kind of "slipped" into the Pettet family. (Much later in life, my older half-brothers and half-sisters grounded ...Expand for more
me.) You may still find me waiting at the 24 bus stop at Castro & Market to go visit my almost 93 year old mother at a nursing home. I was moved to Midtown Terrace end of 8th grade. Still there now. 50 years in & out of the same house! However, I did enlist in the Navy from 1985-1995 and married.
