I attended Sir Wilfrid Laurier in Ottawa for grades 11 and 12, then my father was transferred to CFB Borden. I was at Base Borden Collegiate for grade 13 (1968-69). 985 Sarah and I moved to Belleville, Ontario, where my family had settled after the military. Here, I studied radio broadcasting and worked in radio for several years. I also wrote and voiced commercials for the local cable tv company for many years. I have a college diploma in Information Systems. I worked in a call centre for a number of years, now retired, and I volunteer with the regional arts council.
