Annette's Story
After graduating from H.N.H.S....I got an AA degree from St. Francis College in Graphic Art, worked in the Art dept. at OSV in Huntington for a few years. Decided to go back to college ...got a Bachelor of Science degree in Art Education from Huntington Univ.
From there, joined the In. Air Guard, went to Denver for Tech. School....met my future husband...we married, had three sons who are now grown. My husband and three sons have their degrees as well.
Our oldest son lives/works in Seoul, S. Korea. Our second oldest lives/works in Virginia....very close to Washington, DC. Our third son is still in FW, Indiana. That's where hub and I have lived the last 26 year...Expand for more
s....between our overseas assignments with the U'S. Air Force....
We lived in Japan for three years...then my hub worked in Saudi Arabia for nearly three years....while the boys were in high school. We lived in eight different places during our first eight years of marriage....due to military orders...
I've been a teacher for two different school corporations here in Fort Wayne for the last ten years. I love teaching. I volunteer at three different homeless shelters here in FW and I volunteer at CORE THE TEACHER STORE two days a week. We stay very busy.
I hope that all of my high school and college classmates are doing well and I wish you all God's blessings!
