Anne's Story
Hello, what's new with everyone? Earlier in July 2012 we had a reunion on my husbands side of the family. This event gave everyone the opportunity to come and visit in Omaha for week. We had the best time with our 6 grandkids, ages from 13 to 1 year old, and of course our grown kids. We took pictures and spent much time visiting with Parents, Grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles and other family. We took the time to have a family portrait taken, displaying 4 generations although back in 1993, we had 5 generations still with us.
My husband and I recently returned from a cruise to the Grand Bahamas.

g Isaac to show up during the cruise. Other than a bit of rain, winds and high seas, it wasn't too bad; it reminded me of a storm that hit the island while in the South Pacific in '77.
We are back on solid ground and making plans for another adventure to be taken in the near future.
Today is College Football opening day and it was great to have our team come away with a solid win.
The Cornhuskers played with more confidence and leadership today and this made the difference in the game. We hope they continue to build more confidence with each win as well as learn from any mistakes or missed plays.
