Annette's Story
Life
After graduating from JFK in 1970, I went to Skadron Business College in San Bernardino. I married Roger Moyers in 1971 and had a son, Bryan, in 1972. We moved to Bridge City, Texas in 1974 where in 1976 I gave birth to my second son, Michael. We moved to Big Spring, Texas in 1978 and then to the Dallas area in 1980. I worked as a Secretary for many companies during this time.
In 1995, we moved to Houston where I was able to retire and let Roger support me while I did volunteer work with Special Needs Children.
We own a 180 acre ranch in Columbus, Texas, about an hour west of Houston, where I spend all of my time raising and training horses, and playing with my chocolate lab Cocoa, my cats and various other animals.
I have two wonderful daughter-in-laws and I now have three of the most precious granddaughters ever. Emily and Lainie (Mike & Amanda's children) and Madie (Bryan...Expand for more
and Julies daughter). Hope to have at least one more grandchild, maybe a boy this time God willing
Roger works and lives in Houston during the week and then helps me out at the ranch on weekends. Roger is part owner in a very successful oil company which helps to support my love for my ranch animals.
I have been blessed many times over and have to give all the credit and thanks to Christ my Lord and Savior.
Both of my sons are doing well in their careers and personal lives and are wonderful young men.
My dad lives with us now in a mobile home on the property. He just turned 87 yo in 2010.

Update 2015
Dad passed away 2012.
God has blessed us again with two grandsons, Luke and Levi, born 2014.
Roger is now fully retired and we are moving to Round Top, Texas to downsize and begin retirement traveling.
