Annette's Story
I left school in 1971, got married in 1972, have 2 children both boys. Was in troble in 1971 for running away. Was sent to Prental Home near South Side Jr. High. In school I hung around the trouble makers. In the home I developed my code of life. What is wrong and right. I have lived in PA, TN, VA, and I am now living in SD. I was mostly know as Bobby Farley's sister. My brother was one grade above me. He was very tall and big. I also had a brother named David Farley that graduated in 1969 from Englewood. 1971 Sandlewood High was built and our class was divided. Southside Blvd was the dividing line and I lived on the wrong side, this change was forcing me to have to go to Sandlewood for the 12th year. My friends were split and I refused to go. My friends were Bill Foley, Trudy, Cathy Strickland, Greg Baston and Donna Alexander. I worked at the Western Sizzilin on Beach Blvd. while in High School. Also, I worked at the Drive Inn Theater on the corner of Beach and Southside. If anyone remembers me please lets talk.
