Life
Graduated Bunnell in 74, went to Brazil for a year on Rotary, went to College in VA, graduate school in Canada, got married in 1980 did some University teaching (N. Carolina and New York)and consulting, published a bunch of articles...quit, moved with husband to Yukon to persue his dreams in alternate energy and greenhouse technology....we have the quintessential cabin in the middle of the woods....where I still spend 6 mos of the year...he passed away from Cancer in 99...I travelled the world....came back in 2002 to the Yukon working with Native government....Family news...my brother died in 86, my Mom in 87, Dad doing well in Norwhich with sister Shannon and the Mohegans! Workplace
Got my Ph.D. at the University of Calgary, taught for a while at East Carolina University and then State University of New York Geneseo...Geography. MOved back to Canada in 92 did some consulting in economic development in Brazil and Yukon. Had my own company....worked for Yukon College doing curriculum development am now working for a First Nation as the director of lands and resources department implementing land claims in the Yukon.
