Annette's Story
Life
I am married to Randy Heller (28 years as of May 2008). We have two adult children, Scott will be 24 in Aug 2008, and Ashley was 22, in Dec 2007. We live in a very small town in North Carolina since 1999, that is 32 miles northeast of Charlotte, it is like Mayberry RFD. Very small and quiet, a tiny mainstreet and monthly cruise-in's and that is it. We have a cute house on a little less than 5 acres, and a 6 year old boxer, Jake, who roams his territory. I work for the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I am currently the Accounts Payable Supervisor of the Travel and Complex Payment area. I love it except for the drive. Ashley also works full time at the university so we carpool, that makes it a little better, she also just started her junior year at the university, her major is Elementry Education. nd is married to a sweet girl he went to elementary school with in Stroudsburg. They were married Sept 2007. She is a great addition to our family. Scott works with Randy at Tol-Co, they do onsite machining mostly for power plants, and Scott does tool repair when they are in the shop. Randy manages the repair area mechanics. Randy is only a mile from his office and reminds me often about his commute. I don't miss being 600 miles away from Stroudsburg, everytime we visit we can't wait to come home. The people seem to be ruder than I remembered and very impatient when you go to the store. I don't miss that at all. No one rushes here, you can sit at a stop light that turns green and no one blows their horn, not even in the city they simply wait until you notice the light and go. Randy and I ride his motorcylce or go boating and fishing on the weekends, there are alot of nice back roads to ride and several local lakes.
