Annie's Story
I feel like I have always been in high school! I have been an exceptional education teacher at South Broward High School in Hollywood,Florida for the last 28 plus years. I taught head start and middle school students before that. I have been teaching in total for 37plus years and still love it to this day!
I have been the department chair at South Broward for the last eight or nine years. I teach a class called Learning Strategies for students with mild to moderate disabilities, all whom are going for a standard diploma....Expand for more
The students have always kept me feeling young. I am getting ready to finally graduate next June, 2014! I never use the (r) retired word!!!
I am very active in The Broward Teachers Union. I have been on the Executive Board of The Broward Teachers Union since 2008.
I am married to Steven Feldman, an attorney, and we have one son, Cory, who is 19 years old and a sophomore at University of Central Florida. He is the light of our lives!!
I can not believe that we, the class of 73, are coming up on our 40th year reunion!!
