Annie's Story
I went to West High my junior year in 1973 and really loved it there. I am from Knoxvile, Tn. and my family moved to Minnesota forr a year so my father could get his masters degree. The year that I spent was the most fun school year I ever had and I remember all the wonderful people I met.I graduated in Tennessee but I still feel very connected to West High and Minneapolis. I was marrried for some years and have 3 wonderful daughters who are grown now that I am very close to. They live in Middle Tennessee and 2 are in Florida. I am a home health nurse for over 20 years. I do mother of pearl and abalone inlay in stringed musical instruments since 1977 and I also play the guitar and write so...Expand for more
ngs since 1978. I live in a litte town called Townsend. It is about 40 miles from Knoxville in the Great Smoky Mtns. Would love to hear from anyone who remembers me. I am hoping to come to the reunion next summer and see some of you folks Update: Well I guess we never thought we would be in this pandemic! So with plenty of time I’ll update! In 2016 I got the idea to get a tiny house! So I bought a Old Hickory Barn and made it into my tiny house! I moved from Townsend to Louisville Tn and 3 years later am still working on it! I also just got an Old Hickory Barn for my workshop since I got the home paid for! Its been fun and for sure learning experience! Hope everyone stays safe y’all 🙏❤️🙏
