Anthoney's Story
Life
After graduating, I went to Indiana University South Bend for about 5 years. There I received a BA in Liberal Arts. I began working as a shop coordinator and graphic designer at a Valparaiso printer in '99.
A year later, I moved on to ad composing at the Michigan City News-Dispatch and Harbor Country News, a Southwest Michigan weekly. I create ads using the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, etc.)
I met my wife Amanda, there. She's a copy editor and reporter. We were married in '0...Expand for more
4 and have settled down in a house in La Porte (after spending a few years renting near Long Beach, IN (no - not California).
In Feb. 2012, Amanda gave birth to our daughter, Jessica Emily.
In '08 I transferred to the regional Graphics Dept. in St.Joseph, Michigan doing the same kind of work for a number of other publications and websites as well. I do some editorial cartooning and other side work that can be found online; also check out the annual books, "Best Editorial Cartoons of the Year" (2005-0121)editions.
