Anthony's Story
Grandfather of Colby Rasmus and Cory Rasmus both major league players. Both grandsons along with my third grandson Cyle have retired from baseball. Cory has gone into real estate, Colby is taking care of his farm and cows while all four of my grandsons from my first son Anthont IV participate in a sports complex they have built and manage in Phenix City, Alabama. My second son Christopher who actually received his high school GED diploma at the age of 12 while I was on a tour playing music in Alaska during 1982/83 is with the Postal Service working near LA. Wainright got his GED diploma while stationed there. I then got my HS diploma in Fairbanks in 1963 and then when I returned to Alaska with my musical group in 1983 my son who was 12 years old got his GED diploma during my 1 year tour playing music. That makes three generations of The Rasmus family all finished high school in the wonderful state of Alaska. So the Rasmus family continues to grow with my 5 sons and my oldest son's 4 sons I am blessed to being a grandfather and great grandfather many times over. If I could just convince some of them to move back to Alaska we just might make it the land of Rasmus in another generation or two. Lol
