We sold our cabin/house in Watersmeet MI and moved to Whidbey Island in Washington State. Winters were getting difficult. My back has gotten progressively worse. We finally had to admit that we weren't forty years old. We are closer to our daughter who lives in Seattle. We get...Expand for more
snow regularly - once a season. Usually the snow melts within 24 hours. I have to admit that I love living in different places.. This is a wonderful little island that looks a lot like rural Michigan. The summers are cooler and the winters are milder. Who could ask for more?
