I attended and graduated from Sacramento State College with a BA in Education after high school. I got my first teacing job and got married. For seven years I taught the third and fourth grades in the Sacramento area. The next new adventure was to start a family, a daughter and son and move to Anaheim, CA. I Stayed out of the classroom until my children were school age. For six years I worked in the Placentia School District part-time until my husband died in 1985. I went into bookkeeping which I still do today only part time now. I travel into Manhattan twice a week for my job. I remarried a wonderful man and counting 22 years now.
