Antoinette's career in the Air Force began as a administrative clerk that led to managing an office and then she was chosen to work with the Senior Enlisted Advisor who is head of all enlisted personnel on a base or unit. After 10 years of administrative management she applied and was selected for a special duty assignment as Inflight Passenger Service Specialist (Flight Attendant) who flew distinguished visitors/very important personnel (DV/VIPS) i.e. Secretary of Defense, Congressmen, Senators, Ambassadors, Generals and many more. As a Flight Attendant she prepared meals inflight from scratch (purchased food from grocery stores and prepared meals in the air). This required planning from seasonings for recipes to insuring every utensil was available on the aircraft. Meals were requested by the DV and prepared fresh inflight. There could be anywhere from 10 to 60 meals and depending on how long the flights were there could be 3-5 different meals inflight per person. She flew on G3s (Gulf Stream G3) C135, Boeing 737 and 747. C...Expand for more
